1. Product Details and Pricing
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every item on our website. However, please understand that minor differences might occur. If you have any questions or need more information about a product, just reach out to our Customer Service team – we’re here to help!
All prices listed are correct at the time you see them. Legally, this is an “invitation to treat,” meaning we’re offering the product at that price, but we’re not obligated to sell it if a mistake was made. Retailers have the right to set their prices. Please note that prices on our website might be different from those in our physical stores, and we don’t have to match in-store prices or promotions online, or vice-versa.
If we accidentally price an item too low, we’re not required to sell it to you at that incorrect price. We’ll let you know the correct price before we ship your order, and you can then decide if you still want to buy it. If you choose not to, we’ll issue a full refund for any amount you’ve already paid for that item. Just as you’re not forced to buy, we’re not forced to sell.

1.2 Flatpack Items
Most of our garden furniture comes flat-packed for easy assembly, usually with 4 or 5 main pieces and clear instructions. If you need help with pre-assembly, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
1.3 Payment Terms
To keep things running smoothly, we can’t accept deposits or hold items. Your credit/debit card will be charged the full amount when you place your order. PayPal orders are also charged in full at the time of purchase.
2. Stock Availability
We aim to keep enough stock of all items. For products shipped directly from a manufacturer, we might need to confirm availability with them first. If an item is out of stock, we’ll usually show this on our website. If you order by phone or in-store, we’ll let you know its stock status then. If, for any unforeseen reason, we can’t supply an item, we’ll promptly refund you for that item.
3. Website Registration
You can set up a user account on our website to make purchasing easier, track your orders, and enjoy a better shopping experience. It’s simple! You’ll need a valid email address and a password. Please keep your password secure; our staff cannot see it. If you forget it, you can easily reset it.
4. Delivery Information
We believe delivery should be quick and hassle-free! Please note that orders placed after Thursday evening, over the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday may experience slight delays because couriers don’t operate their standard services during these times. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a dispatch email with tracking information (if available).
4.1 Delivery within Mainland UK
Details on delivery prices and schedules are available on our Delivery page. Depending on your order’s weight, delivery will be handled by Royal Mail or a private courier.
4.2 Delivery to UK Highlands and Islands
This includes locations like the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. Delivery times will vary based on your order’s size and weight, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 4.3 Delivery of Large or Bulky Products
Some larger items, such as certain barbecues, garden furniture sets, or oversized products, might need a special delivery service. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. Deliveries for these items occur Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and someone must be available to sign for them. If you’re unsure, please call us.
4.4 Delivery to Europe
We can deliver to most European countries. Delivery times and prices will vary by order size and weight and are calculated in your shopping basket. We can deliver to most international destinations. Delivery times and prices depend on order size and weight and are calculated in your shopping basket. 4.6 Delivery During Busy Periods
Between May-July and November-January, we experience a high volume of orders. During these times, our services and suppliers are working at maximum capacity, which can occasionally lead to slight delays in processing and dispatch. We’ll do our best to keep you updated.
4.7 Next Day Delivery
Many products are eligible for next-day delivery. To qualify, orders must be placed by 8:30 AM. Please contact our Customer Services team for more details.
5. Payments and Orders
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, UK Maestro, Switch, and Visa Electron. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your credit card company will handle the currency conversion.

If a refund is needed, we’ll conduct an investigation and process it as quickly as possible. Once processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.
8. Returns
When contacting us about a return, please have your full order details ready. To ensure a fast refund, make sure your Returns Form is completed fully and accurately.
8.1 Unwanted Items
If you want to return an unwanted item that has already been dispatched, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. You’ll be responsible for the return postage costs. The item must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging, and suitable for resale. Please take reasonable care of returned products; we may withhold a refund or charge you if items are damaged due to a lack of care. Securely pack your return and consider using an insured parcel service. Keep proof of postage, as we cannot refund items we don’t receive. For more information, please see our Returns section.
8.2 Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, please contact Customer Services. We’ll help you arrange a refund or replacement. We usually ask you to send photos of the fault via email.

- Less than 6 months old: Email us 3 clear photos of the whole boot, the sole, and the damaged area. If we confirm a fault, we’ll send a free returns label, and a replacement pair will be issued once we receive the faulty ones.
- More than 6 months old: Email us 3 clear photos of the whole boot, the sole, and the damaged area. If we confirm a fault, we’ll provide a like-for-like replacement. It can be hard to tell between a fault and normal wear-and-tear, so you’ll need to demonstrate the fault to us.
- Goodwill replacements: We might offer a replacement pair of wellies as a goodwill gesture even if a fault isn’t proven. However, you’ll be responsible for the return postage of the “faulty” pair, and we can’t send a replacement until we receive the original item back.
8.3 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an unwanted item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. You’ll cover the return postage costs. The item must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging, and suitable for resale. Any additional charges or refunds will be processed when we dispatch your exchanged item.
8.4 Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a free returns label for smaller items or a courier collection for larger ones, and then send out the correct item. This doesn’t affect your legal consumer rights.
8.5 Free Returns Special Offer
During special promotions, we may offer free returns. If this offer is active, you must notify us of your intention to return within 15 days of dispatch, and we must receive the item within 30 days of your order. You’ll need to contact us to get a free returns label emailed to you, which you must be able to print. Some larger items might require collection by our specified courier service; we’ll ask you to provide a suitable weekday for collection (8 AM – 6 PM).

If your order includes a free gift, and you return the paid item, you must also return the free gift.
